We’re seeking a Senior AnalystRegulatory Compliance, based in our Roma office, Italy. This position is responsible for the preparation and submission of reports, Regulatory activities, as well as the support on the development of established strategies of the AML Compliance and the Markets Compliance Department.

Responsible for maintaining schedules of all due dates andmaterials required to complete timely filings
Performing analysis on the legislative local scenario, alsoincluding MIFID and derivative products
Responsible for building relationships with other internaldepartments to meet Regulatory and Compliance goals
Conducts research and analysis of complex issues associated withpotential risks related to Company business
Assist and support Compliance team members to ensure Compliance andRegulatory requirements are being met
Prepare Regulatory Reporting as required by law and by theCompany’s policies and procedures
Coordinate workflow to meet volume expectations or procedures toensure that reporting standards are established and followed
Utilize a wide variety of research tools, systems and criteria
What you will need to succeed:
Degree in Economics, Law or similar
Strong experience in compliance in a Banking/Financial group withstrong knowledge of International banking regulation (at least AML, Mifid,EMIR, PSD)
Must speak and write Italian and English fluently
