Right now, we are seeking a Director, Product Management based at Western Union’s Digital headquarters in San Francisco, California.

Responsible for end-to-endProduct management and delivery on both Web and Mobile across following productlines managed at the WU Digital level:
WU.comand mobile apps
WU Digital Platform – R3 and Responsive
Omni-channel initiatives – AIR, Kiosk etc.
Responsible for managing thetimely delivery of all projects that are identified in the framework of the W2plans (yearly plans), as well as managing efficiently the cost aspects.
Works hand in hand with theProduct strategy team to align short term / Long term projects that feed thepipeline to ensure capacity is allocated efficiently and effectively.
Manages Optimization trackswith specific KPI improvements targets in Year
Works with Other ProductDelivery owners such as Risk, Care, etc. … to align smooth and timely deliveryof the business case.
Manages and grows a team ofhighly skilled Product managers in an Agile methodology environment.
Works hand in hand with theengineering group to ensure resource planning in capacity and quality isperformed efficiently and effectively to deliver the roadmap.
As a member of the seniorleadership of Digital, provide input to the overall strategy, air concerns,provide support in an open and honest manner.

What you will need tosucceed:
10+ years of product management experience
A good listener
Skilled at articulating ideas and influencing execution – abilityto operate with ease at any level – from consumer to executive to productmanager to engineer
Action-oriented and passionate about driving business outcomes
Able to motivate product and other stakeholders to create simpleand effective end-to-end experiences
Genuinely cares about developing people
Is a product expert and understands what makes product different?
Has a track record of launching successful digital consumerproducts – understands new technologies and their relevance to consumers
Has International experience or deployed products for globalcustomers
Has a proven methodology for understanding customer needs?
Advanced practitioner of “test and learn”: has tried enoughthings, failed sufficiently and enjoyed some notable successes
Understands the science of metrics-driven continuous improvement
5+ years of web and mobile product experience
3+ years of mobile and web consumer marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; Advanceddegree from an accredited university a plus
12+ years of total work experience
Familiar with modern technologies; prior engineering experience aplus
