This role will play an integral part in driving the team forward and strengthening their position within the wider Global HR function.

  • Managing a team ofsix recruiters covering Canada and the US

  • Managingrecruiters and sourcers within North America and then encouraging andsupporting a proactive sourcing approach

  • Implementing andembedding effective talent attraction strategies in line with business objectives

  • Leadingrecruitment processes and encouraging continuous improvement

  • Embeddinginnovative technologies and systems to maximize efficiency

  • Buildingcollaborative relationships with HRBPs and partnering with Senior Stakeholdersto ensure consistency

  • Continuing todevelop a positive employee brand and remaining focused on giving candidatesacross the world a great experience

  • Working closelywith the business to forecast and managing future hiring needs

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven trackrecord of managing diverse teams

  • Primary experience within technology recruitment

  • Extensiveexperience across the full recruitment life cycle, with a key focus onattraction and engagement across North America

  • An in depthunderstanding of the strategic hiring processes

  • Implementing, monitoringand reporting on metrics to measure the success of the Talent Acquisitionfunction and to identify areas for improvement

  • A strong focus onproviding exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

  • Manage escalationsfrom the team and address obstacles that affect successful deliver

  • Supporting apro-active approach to sourcing candidates through social media, headhunting,networking, employee referrals and niche marketing channels in localareas

  • Ensuring bestpractice and consistency throughout the hiring community

  • Detail orientatedand confident managing a large volume of activity

  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills
