We’re seeking a Product Manager - ( Risk / Fraud ), based at Western Union’s Digital Headquarters location in San Francisco, California (near AT&T Park). In this role, you will own the strategy and implementation of improvements to the current risk processes and products. The position will support researching and resolving complex issues to improve the customer experience and company financials.

Manage and define requirements, stories, mockups, story boards etc. for the Fraud systems
Evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes
Evaluate and recommend new vendors and tools to complement current capabilities
Manage risk vendor evaluation, onboarding and relationship management
Work closely with the engineering to deliver new services and features
Be tasked with "thinking out of the box" and creating clear recommendations on specific projects
Interact with various WU groups around the globe and become the SME for specific areas
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
At least 6 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently
Individual initiative and experience working with teams to solve problems
Ability to grasp new ideas and integrate quickly to deliver results
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across teams
Experience in fraud risk mitigation in the online/mobile/phone channel
Experience in with vendor process management
Experience in reviewing vendor contracts
Experience in data analysis, SQL and HQL queries or similar
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
