We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Salesforce team in our Digital Headquarters, located in San Francisco, CA.
In this role, you will be involved in planning and implementing the Western Union Payment support systems. This will include the oversight, administration, and configuration of our Salesforce ‘Orgs’ in support of our sales, marketing and operations support teams. You will be participating in an enterprise-wide and innovation-driven approach to achieving our corporate vision of “moving money for better.”

Demonstrated proficiency at configuring the Salesforceproduct platform
Maintainingboth a customer facing and existing internal Operations Users SalesforceOrgs, ongoing reliability, deployment, performance and support of theSalesforce environment.
Monitorssystems responds to problems and plans for growth.
Providesin depth systems analysis.
Responsiblefor coordinating releases between onsite and offshore development,analysis, architects and business teams.
Knowledgeand support for multi-language, translations critical.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is aplus
What you need tosucceed:
Shouldbe familiar with environment refresh, coding standards, profiles,permissions, Change Sets, User Administration 7+ years of related ITexperience with at least 5 Yrs of Sales Force Administration
ContinuousIntegration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using SCM, Unit Test Cases,Coding and Deployment using SCM tools like GitLab, Jenkins.
Knowledgeof Sales Force Systems Integration with Other Enterprise Systems is critical including Certificate Configuration
Hands-onprofessional Experience administering Salesforce production environmentswith larger user base with multiple roles, profiles & permission setsis required.
Experiencehandling large enterprise grade Salesforce Applications.
Mustbe fully familiar and experienced doing Salesforce production releaseswith complete technical know-how of how to package code from dev, QA, UAT,Demo and Prod environments.
Abilityto provision and manage users, refresh environments.
Handleintegrations with other systems.
Experiencedoing knowledge articles.
FullExposure to Service Cloud, Communities required.
Hands-onexperience dealing with CI/CD pipeline using GitLab using Jenkins isrequired.
Musthave hands-on experience creating Salesforce Work flow model
Gatherdata on and generate picture of idealized business process flows/dataflows for business users while maximizing the user of the Force.complatform capabilities.
Enhancestories with technical detail based on customer's business requirementsand help drive agreement and approval on stories. Items such astranslations, lists of values, workflows, and system settings that arecritical to a functioning application.
Needthe ability to coordinate and implement requests coming from businessusers, product owners, end Users, Operations, Developers and Testers.
Abilityto work across time zones and work hand-in-hand with offshore team ismust.
Abilityto juggle multiple tasks at once is critical for success.
Thisis a hybrid role with 75% Sales Force Admin function and 25% ability towork as Salesforce Developer, which means hands-on experience developingSOQL, Apex Triggers, Visual Force Page, API Integration are required aswell.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning,Apigee, Lightening Connect, Shield are a plus.
