Right now, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management based at Western Union’s Global Headquarters location in San Francisco, CA.

The Senior Manager, Product Management position will manage the WUDigital Products.
The Sr. manager will define the product roadmap in alignment withour product strategy; have responsibility for both new and existing mobile/web/Omni-channelproducts and services definitions, and drive development on time, on budget,and with high quality and value.
Ensure that WU has best-in-class solutions, which provides bestpossible customer experience, while achieving the success metrics.
Assist in the examination of new market opportunities throughinvestigation to identify potential product offerings, strategic alliances, newconsumer markets and other opportunities that could drive new growth sources.
Work on building business cases for each new opportunity to clearlyoutline, prioritize and determine overall revenue potential.
Sizing and scoping of each opportunity identified to determineboth the short and long-term opportunities for the organization.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in both upstream productand service definition and downstream product development and execution.
What you will need to succeed:
10+ years of experiencebuilding and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms.
At least 5 years ofproduct experience in Web/Mobile technologies, and Web/Mobile user experience.
Past technicalbackground, with 3+ years in an engineering role.
Experience managing ateam of product managers.
Undergraduate orGraduate degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
Strong experience ofagile required, PO certification preferred.
Ability to break downrequirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories.
Ability to negotiatewith engineering, UI, UX, Content on the story scope, complexity etc.
Strong business writing,numerical analysis and verbal communication skills Get things done attitude;Self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize criticaldeadlines.
Experience working withmultiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different culturalbackgrounds.
Ability to workseamlessly with matrix teams, and juggle projects across multiple networks andplatforms.
Attention to detail anda penchant for creating great customer experiences Ability to break downcomplex experiences into simple documents, stories, and flows.
Experience developingbasic wireframes and interaction flows for mobile UI’s.
Experience with runningfocus groups, customer research and usability testing methodologies.
Experience in digitalmarketing a strong plus Experience working in a large corporate environment aplus Experience in global money movement a plus.
