We’re seeking a Product Analyst, based inour Santa Ana, Costa Rica office . In this role, you will be to understand customer needs, translate them into requirements and work with engineering to implement them. You and your team will make sure that Western Union web platform is evolving consistently across product areas and provide leadership to all product groups on how to develop our product suite’s web platform to deliver the best user experience to our customers.

  • You will be working closely with other productgroups, marketing, regional business teams, customer support teams and otherfunctional areas to understand customer expectations and design effectivesolution to meet them, while adhering to Organizational priorities

  • You bridge the technical and business worlds asyou design services that our users love

  • You continuously seek to understand thecustomer’s perspective, is data - driven, has a bias toward action, and canbreak down complex problems into steps that drive product development

  • Based on corporate roadmap, create sprintroadmap. Do research and write user stories aligned with the sprint roadmap

  • Lead a SCRUM team of Engineers, Designers, andContent writer as a Product Owner

  • Work cross-functionally with Operations,Content, Marketing, and Sales/BD to bring products to market

  • You will work as a single point of contact forProduct related questions and information

  • Document and own end-to-end Productrequirements

  • Own a backlog of enhancements against priorityand delivery dates

What you willneed to succeed:

  • Excellentproblem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

  • Can-do, problem-solver and positive attitude

  • Creative and solution-oriented thinking

  • Experience working on front end (web or app)product features in a startup environment or focused department within a largecompany

  • Experience with agile development processes andfrequent product release cycles

  • Experience working in agile environment - workingwith front end developers, content writers, UI designers and other stakeholders

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management fora software product:

  • B2B

  • B2C

  • Cloud experience is a plus
