Better requiresprocess discipline and simplification

You´ll Analyze digital transactions from a real-time queue (offline), or from inquiries received over the phone (online/inbound), as well as perform outbound phone calls as needed, and other tasks (as assigned).

Also, you´ll review and analyze digital transactions activity to evaluate potential fraud following company policy, resolve complex problems independently by finding coherent patters from incoherent data sets.

This role will ensure an excellent customer service experience on every case handled (inbound or outbound) direct contact with consumers, as required, to validate suspicious transactions and perform the work assigned and have in general a demeanor that follows the Western Union behaviors.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Excellent spoken,written, and listening ability to communicate effectively in English (B2+)

  • Third Language ispreferred (German, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, etc.)

  • Demonstratedanalytical and organizational skills

  • Flexible mindset andopen to new responsibilities

  • Effectively able tomanage tasks under increased level of pressure due to high volume peaks

  • Proactive,independent individual with the discipline to focus on the task at hand

  • Customer centricmindset

  • Experience with fraudmonitoring and/or payments background desired

  • Online or bankingexperience desired

  • Intermediate skillsin Microsoft Excel desired

  • Prior customerservice experience would be considered an advantage
