We’re seeking a Manager – Agent Information Systems and Agent , based in our Santa Ana, CostaRica office. In this role, you will be in charge of oversee current state and evolution of Agent information systems, including but not limited to ACM, WUAMS, GAMES, DV.org. Also, you will be responsible of building artifacts to identify and document current business purpose of each one of the information systems, and describe dependencies, challenges and opportunities for improvement. In addition, you will be also responsible to govern the ongoing utilization of such platforms, ensuring current and new use cases are implemented strictly aligned to the bigger, longer strategy for Agent informationsystems, including the alignment with One Platform.

Buildstrong and productive relationships with all the IT counterparts in charge ofAgent Information Systems
Havea leadership role in the GMT / Agent Value global Intake Process, ensuringbusiness requirements and well aligned across information systems, and underthe bigger, longer strategy for Agent Information Systems
Followup very closely the execution and progress of information systems related projects,escalating roadblocks, delays and success milestones
Activelyparticipate in requirement gathering sessions, support the design andimplementation of new processes and ensure data guidelines are utilized in bothprocess and system designs
Coordinatea few adhoc contractor roles dedicated to the documentation of currentprocesses and the creation of requirement artifacts and business requirementsdocuments
Implementand run an Agent Information Systems governance committee, involvingmultidisciplinary and global stake holders, aimed to collectively agree on nextsteps and future of Agent Information Systems as a whole.
What you will need to succeed:
5+ years of work experience in operations, data analytics or related fields
Ability to create strong and effective relationships
Experience in building and delivering programs from scratch
