We’re seeking a Specialist, Agent Compliance based in our San Jose, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will be a part of Global Field Support (GFS) team who ensures and supports Agent compliance during the lifecycle of the Agent: activation and continuous monitoring. We are implementing Agent oversight program to help ensure that Western Union and its Agents comply with global requirements and prevent misuse of Western Union products and services.

Conduct AML Compliance checks on businesses applying to offer WU services
Provide support to the Compliance teams across Europe by following up on WU Agents who have certain areas of improvement identified in their implementation of the WU AML Compliance program
Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet or exceed functional targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience
Support and train new and existing team members
Write, review, and update procedural documents as required
Assist with specific projects or assignments and implementation of new initiatives
What you will need to succeed:
Willing to work Monday thru Friday, 6am - 3pm
At least 1 year university education or equivalent working experience, required as minimum
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Strong analytical skills
Attention to details and ability to focus
Strong sense of responsibility
Must be fluent in English - B2 (70%) and Spanish
Fluency French is required
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
