We’re seeking a Sr Manager – Global Operations. Data cleanup and Agent productivity, based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office . In this role, you will be the ultimate responsible of ensuring Location attributes such as hours of operation, addresses, geocodes, and others, are accurate and utilized in the proper way to enable a delightful customer experience. Also, you will optimize the 600,000 Location global network so only productive and strategic point of sales are available for WU customers, and ready to serve according to the best global practices.

  • Define problem statement, build and implement strategies to provide a wholistic approach and solutioning

  • Researchand document the critical factors of Location attributes and implement bothstrategic and tactical plans

  • Defineand implement policies across the end to end lifecycle of location attributesaimed to remove or mitigate the failure points

  • Driveongoing engagement with stakeholders:business, regional ops, Agent Implementation, Agent Enrolment, AgentPortal, Agent Locator, etc.

  • Driveprojects to improve both processes and technology, aimed to make it easy tocapture, enter and maintain location attributes

  • Designand deliver the tools and reports required to enable stakeholder to improveboth data accuracy and network productivity

  • Defineand implement policies to govern location status, status changes, and dormancycleanup processes

  • Driveprojects to improve both processes and systems

  • Keep track of progress against the expected timelineand implement the proper mechanism to communicate at all levels in theorganization

What you will need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of work experience in operations, data analytics or related fields

  • Abilityto create strong and effective relationships

  • Experiencein building and delivering programs from scratch
