We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst / IT Project Lead basedin our Sao Paulo, Brazil office. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting processes, proposing alternatives and being the bridge between the Business areas and IT.

  • Elicit and documentrequirements from business stakeholders across the organization

  • Facilitate requirement anddesign discussions between non-technical stakeholders and the softwaredevelopment team.

  • Collaborate with ProductManagers and Business Stakeholders to understand user goals and needs.

  • Collect business feedback on inflight project design

  • Trouble shoot production issuesrelating to software behavior

  • Balance requirements of variousbusiness departments in the organization

  • Uncover complexity instakeholder requests

  • Analyze business workflow andsuggest improvements

  • Write technical requirementsfor development

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of relevant workexperience as a Business Analyst working on IT, Engineering and/orAdministration

  • Experience in Financial businessareas

  • Experience in Money transfers

  • Experience in FX

  • Write technical requirementsfor development

  • Previous experience workingwith Agile methodologies and Scrum

  • Demonstrated critical-thinking,problem-solving, and goal-setting skills

  • Ability to build relationshipsup to the director level within the organization

  • Strong oral and writtencommunication skills in Portuguese and English (B2)

  • Be able to live and work in SaoPaulo

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of Business Analysistools and techniques to elicit and communicate requirements

  • Ability to interact withtechnical, business and operational experts to establish and meet common goals

  • Demonstrated, appliedexperience establishing and delivering complex projects

  • Experience with MicrosoftOffice tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects, Visio)

  • Experience with stakeholder anddemand management

  • Focused and versatile teamplayer that is comfortable under pressure.

  • Ability to communicate orallyand in writing at all levels, with clarity and precision

  • Strong presentation skills
