We’re seeking a DigitalPartnerships Manager, based in our Singapore office. In this role, you will work on WU digital solutions and business development across APAC region. You will be working very closely with Country Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to jointly develop strategies, tactical sales plans and offers to acquire relationships for both new and existing products.

  • Identification of newbusiness opportunities for WU partnerships

  • Key account managementfor assigned partnerships: Pitching WU solutions and relationshipmanagement

  • Developing newbusiness accounts for WU solutions across assigned geographies in APAC

  • Enhancing customerexperience to help drive business goals

  • TrackingDirect-to-Consumer efforts through detailed funnel analytics and othertools

  • Collaborate with WUinternal partners to build relevant models that will offer solutions

  • Work on product ideasthat are focused on driving sales, acquiring new customers, retainingexisting customers, building brand loyalty, and providing self-servicetools to customers

  • Develop and execute abusiness network communication plan to attract and retain qualityaffiliates

  • Manage the BusinessNetwork Program and a team of digital analysts

  • Liaison betweenpartner and WU central product team to manage products through the productdevelopment lifecycle, get alignment, report updates and build businesscases, solutions, etc.

  • Negotiation andadministration of the service agreements with The Customers

What you will need to succeed:

  • Functional experienceof Minimum 10+ years managing key business accounts in the region

  • Minimum 5 years provenbusiness management experience and payments in B2B environment towardsbuilding and launching digital solutions

  • Proven ability toidentify key economic buyers and decision makers and a track record ininitiating and developing strategic client relationships

  • Strong interpersonaland communication skills with a keen ability to work with team membersthrough to influencing C level clients, creating a great customerexperience.

  • Professional andeffective presentation skills

  • Ability toself-motivate, work autonomously and work to deadlines

  • Strong businesswriting, numerical analysis, verbal communication skills and commercialacumen

  • Contract negotiationswith experience with affiliate/referral business partners

  • Exceptionalcommunications skills (written and spoken)

  • Experience workingwith multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with differentcultural backgrounds

  • Ability to workseamlessly with matrix teams, and juggle projects across multiple networksand platforms
