We’re seeking a Junior Specialist,Dealer Support based in our Singapore office. In this role, you will provide support for the Dealing team to maximize their time to focus on customer contact. You will be responsible in keying spot or drawdown transactions, sending customer communications and emails, processing of all University payments, as well as renewing monthly TFA requests. Your role will perform purely in a support function with no sales component.

  • Monitorinboxes for client emails, to process payments as requested ordistributing to the necessary dealer to action where needed.

  • Callclients to confirm new beneficiary set ups to verify the authenticity ofthe request and prevent fraud.

  • Callclients to confirm Incoming Credits and booking the trades.

  • Actionsteam case queues in SFDC to process client refunds, repo/reissues andclient margin changes.

  • Monitorthe team calendar and process diarised trade requests.

  • Bookuniversity trades and reviewing of incoming credits in GPFS.

  • Bookincoming credits and cheques

  • Processmarket orders and communicating with Treasury team

  • Proficiencyin working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
