We’re seeking a Portfolio Analyst based in our Singapore office . The Portfolio Analyst will play a key role in launching digital platforms, and will be responsible for detailing product ideas focused on driving sales, acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, building brand loyalty, and providing self-service tools to customers. Furthermore, the role will support finance, Global Service Delivery and relevant business teams by producing financial reporting, global resource utilization as well as project implementation scheduling.

Primary areas of responsibilities include:
Define and document product requirements, features, and functionality.
Understand product alternatives and work with team-members to understand trade-offs and put value on alternatives.
Create BRDs for country launches, omni-channel launches and new enhancements.
Convert BRDs to stories, as needed and work with the central product team to hand over the BRDs and stories for execution.
Maintain a product backlog for enhancements; research enhancements, get alignment and approvals from stakeholders.
Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a data driven approach.
Consolidate portfolios and report at a global level.
Ensure responsibilities are met with respect to quality, timelines and strategy.
Qualifications and experience
University degree and several years of business experience in an Analyst or similar role.
IT and/or Project Management experience required.
Clarity software, Microsoft portfolio management, or other related software skills.
Exposure to remittance channels is desirable.
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently.
Strong proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the organization, with consumers and staff at level of location, middle management.
