We’re seeking anAssistant Manager, Product Delivery, based in either our Australia or NewZealand office. This position will work on WU digital solutions. The manager will define the channel product requirements and stories in alignment with our strategy; have responsibility for both new and existing products and services definitions.

  • Workon product ideas that are focused on driving sales, acquiring newcustomers, retaining existing customers, building brand loyalty, andproviding self-service tools to customers

  • Assessopportunities by identifying ROI, define key performance indicators andpartner with analytics team to measure success

  • Understandproduct alternatives and work with multi-disciplined team to understandtrade-offs and put value on alternatives

  • Defineand document product requirements, features, and functionality

  • Workwith central product team to manage products through the productdevelopment lifecycle, get alignment, report updates and build businesscases, solutions, etc.

  • Provideongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a data driven approach

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+years of experience building and launching consumer applications on weband mobile platforms

  • Atleast 2 years of product management experience in mobile and webtechnologies

  • Experiencemanaging a team of product analysts

  • Pasttechnical background in an engineering role preferred

  • Undergraduateor Graduate degree in engineering, business, or equivalent

  • Abilityto break down requirements into epics and stories

  • Abilityto negotiate with engineering, UI, UX, Content on the story scope,complexity, etc.

  • Experiencedeveloping basic wireframes and interaction flows

  • Strongbusiness writing, numerical analysis and verbal communication skills

  • Getthings done attitude; self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-upsleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines

  • Attentionto detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences

  • Abilityto break down complex experiences into simple documents, stories, andflows

  • Experienceworking with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries withdifferent cultural backgrounds

  • Abilityto work seamlessly with matrix teams, and juggle projects across multiplenetworks and platforms

  • Experiencein mobile and web marketing tools a strong plus

  • Experienceworking in a large corporate environment a plus

  • Experiencein global money movement a plus
