The Opportunity: Do you love working with clients to find solutions and grow their business? Are you a people person, great at making a good first impression and building rapport? We’re looking for an FX dealer to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will formulate account plans that include foreign exchange services, risk management tools and online platforms, to better serve and meet the needs of your clients. You will also be responsible for providing your clients with ongoing updates as to how global economic news influence their company’s cash flow, product pricing, and profits.
Workwith a portfolio of business clients on their foreign exchange andinternational payment needs to achieve set business goals and financialtargets.
Youare expected to actively engage the key stakeholders within the clients’organizations to understand their business directions and the impact ontheir foreign exchange and payment needs.
Identifyand sell clients the value of The Payments Business Unit of Western Unionfull product suite.
What you will need to succeed:
Experiencemanaging a portfolio of FX business clients across SME and Corporatesegments.
Excellentcommunication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Highlevel of attention to detail to ensure minimal dealing and transactionalerrors.
Comfortablehaving face-to-face meetings with your business clients to explore theirneeds and present solutions.
Abilityto drive new to firm business, ideally through strong network andreferrals.
Strongbusiness acumen, and the ability to have mature, commercial customerconversations.
Passionfor Foreign Exchange, sales, and continuous learning.
