Better starts and ends with customer
In this role, you will have responsibility for the execution and ongoing development of the regionalgo-to-market strategy with your team. You will have the ability to grow the business by managing the sales team to successfully deliver business results against targets. Acquiring new clients with international payments and foreign exchange needs from the small to medium-sized enterprise and corporate markets. You will motivate the team and nurture a collaborative sales culture. Leading by example in Demand Generation activity, and driving execution of key industry and geographical strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in business to business sales ideally in the financial services industry and or FinTech industry within a targeted environment. You are results driven, have a proven sales track record and the desire to coach and develop your team to success. An understanding of foreign exchange markets and products would be a benefit. You will have experience in selling enterprise solutions in services and technology to large corporate's and influencing C-suite and Board level, with excellent negotiation, closing and strategic account management skills. You will be familiar with and have experience with Lean and Agile organisational methodologies.
