Better starts and ends with customer
You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and quality in accordance with our service level agreements. We’ll look to you to proactively provide the first line of contact by handling incoming calls and emails from both internal and external customers. You’ll provide transaction monitoring, and respond to post-payment queries, and resolve customer issues. Using your keen eye for detail and accuracy you’ll ensure all relevant information is accurate and completed correctly then upload to our databases, whilst ensuring case information is updated in accordance with procedures. You’ll provide feedback to the teams on customer issues and compliance and suggest improvements to processes to prevent recurring issues.
To be successful in the role you will have relevant experience in a client facing function, ideally within the financial services sector and a real passion for excellence in customer service. You are a team player and can establish effective relationships and partnerships with ease. You are proficient at using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have strong analytical skills.
