We’reseeking an Administrative Assistant, based in our Taguig, Manila office . In this role, you will provide admin support to the Country Head of Philippines and extend admin assistance to the needs of the other directors in the Taguig Office (Compliance, Corporate Affairs).

  • Point ofconsolidation of office presentations and related reports with inputs comingfrom the various functions

  • File theinvoices for payments to various suppliers as it relates to office operationincluding ad hoc payments items deemed necessary

  • Lead thecoordination and organization of the employee events including visitor events

  • Trackannual, medical and other leave application of team members including weeklyschedules of the members of the Taguig office

  • Keepinventory control of office supplies ensuring that we purchase goods at thelowest cost possible, ordering at appropriate levels to reduce wastage andmaintain security of office supplies

  • Handleall courier requirements to and from the office including receipt, logging andproper distribution of all letters and correspondences received by the office

What youwill need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is required

  • At least two years’ working experience in anadministrative function

  • Appreciation of high quality customer service

  • Comfortable and capable of communicating with alllevels of people within and outside the business with a high level of professionalismon the phone and in person at all times

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced,highly-structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, andproficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint,MS SharePoint
