We’re seeking an AssistantManager for Marketing, based in our Taguig office . In this role, you will assist in the annual planning to develop and execute marketing plans and programs in coordination with other business units and key functional areas. Your will analyze data on the organization's existing and potential markets to recommend, develop, and implement marketing plans and define marketing opportunities for the organization's products and services.

  • Work inpartnership with the senior manager and the head of XBS to agree the marketingstrategy for a specific partner

  • Developstrong relationship with regional / local marketing stakeholders to input intothe global strategy for the platform launch, act as a brand guardian to ensurestrict adherence to our brand guidelines, and apply local insights toindividual market launches that supports how individual markets will launchwithout deviating from the agreed global strategy

  • SupportRegional marketing teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams on allmarketing and advertising needs

  • Promoteexperimentation across markets, documenting and socializing learnings and bestpractices to constantly optimize our communications strategy and media mixallocation across paid, earned, shared and owned for specific productstrategies, in partnership with our Go To Market teams and CorporateCommunications, Social Media and PR teams

  • ProfileComms target audience

  • DevelopMedia mix recommendations (across POE) – partnering with Global Comms &Social to create a holistic view

  • DevelopRetailer/agent communication recommendations (if relevant)

  • Deliverkey creative assets including development and production for multiple formats

  • Definebest practice guidance on how to deliver a successful campaign

  • Recommendmeasurement principles and suggested KPIs and benchmarks

  • Be asteward of WU brand strategy & creative excellence

  • Manageexternal agency relationships In line with expected deliverables to meetbudgets and deadlines

What you will need to succeed

  • At least 5 years ofexperience leading marketing strategy; building, managing and executingcampaigns

  • Educated to universitydegree level

  • Strong understanding ofall areas of marketing communications derived from either agency or clientside.

  • Strong problem solving,commercial acumen, analytics and communication skills.

  • Ability to be acompany-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes.

  • Experience withintegrated communication plans including ATL, BTL, digital, social, loyalty andcustomer experience

  • Global experience withknowledge of how local culture can challenge the global strategy & creativeexecution

  • Ability to work underpressure facing multiple deadlines
