We’reseeking a superstar Social Media Marketing Coordinator, based in our Taguigoffice . In this role as a coordinator, you’ll work within the global and regional marketing organizations while reporting in the Sydney office. Your position is primarily a regional role with colleagues throughout Asia Pacific but will also work with teams in USA and Europe.
Your key duty will require you to coordinate the development, design, production and copy writing of all social marketing and campaign materials for Western union.
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Social Media marketing coordinator to join our APAC digital team. You will develop and execute on the Social Media Community Management strategy and ensure that it supports overall brand goals and objectives, align with Social Care on Best Practices

Supportsocial content and campaigns
Identify anddevelop rapport with influencers and advocates in support of the company’sbrand aspirations and goals
Developcontent strategy and plan for each local market and focus on diaspora centriccontent.
Work on localsocial content for Japan, Singapore, Korea, and Vietnam to name some
Guide andmonitor semi - social care team on the weekly basis
Work withsocial care team to escalate, solve customer inquiries, when needed
Drivemonthly reporting for community management and partner with Social MediaAnalytics Manager
Supportthe APAC Marketing Manager in managing and executing multi-channel digitalcampaigns
Workextensively with both internal and external state holders and build effectiveand strong relationships
Managetimelines and workflows, coordinate the roll out of campaign calendars
Preparingbriefs, material instructions, dispatch of material, proofing, etc.
Monitor,track and report on campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvementwhere applicable
Assist inresearch, and building knowledge for campaigns team
Ensure weare at the forefront and implementing the best social marketing strategies
ProvideMarketing administration support to the wider APAC team
What youwill need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing or withrelevant work experience
Minimum of three years of experience in an executingcontent and conversational communications in the social media space for leadingproducts brand or corporate brands
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Experience or strong exposure to campaign managementwith traditional and digital media campaigns
Proven problem solving and analytical skills withthe ability to produce, interpret and segment data as it relates to marketingcommunications
Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills atall organizational levels and from diverse cultures and backgrounds
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,to prioritize workload, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentwith demanding deadlines
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Excel,Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and analytics
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and to takea proactive approach to provide out of the box solutions
