Based at Western Union‘s headquarters in Toronto, CA, the Solutions Support Administrator plays an integral role in maintaining employee productivity and implementing the latest client solutions. The successful candidate will have solid technical knowledge, experience supporting executives and a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service.

  • Provides end user support by responding to requests via multiple sources, updating trouble tickets, diagnosing and resolving end user problems within guidelines and assisting team members on projects.

  • Provides Executive level support for PC and mobile devices.

  • Responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of MS Windows® and Apple OS based desktop hardware and software for office and work from home users.

  • Duties may also include receiving, configuring, deploying and maintaining PC and mobile device hardware and software.

  • Escalates more complex problems to appropriate level.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Understanding of LAN elements including PC hardware and Microsoft Windows® Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows ® 7 and 10).

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office, Exchange and Active Directory

  • Experience with Apple computer hardware and software (High Sierra OSX).

  • Experience with the configuration and support of Apple ® iOS and Android based mobile devices

  • Understanding of Network, Server and Virtual environments

  • Basic understanding of the supported business functions.

  • 4+ yrs of related IT experience.

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (Manager’s discretion).

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Very Good Communication Skills.
