We’reseeking a bilingual Corporate HedgingManager , based in our downtown Toronto office. In this role, you will work with our sales and dealing teams tomanage the Currency Hedging sales process for clients and prospects. This includes face to face selling, educating our clients and staff on the benefits of hedging, and structuring option trades. The goal of this role is to drive consistent hedging revenue growth by helping our clients achieve their risk management objectives.

  • Develop and drive Currency Hedging Sales tacticson a daily basis for both existing clients and prospects;

  • Participate in the development and delivery of CurrencyHedging product and sales training to internal stakeholders;

  • Participate in the development and delivery ofCurrency Hedging marketing collateral and initiatives;

  • Participate in Currency Hedging sales strategydevelopment.

Whatyou will need to succeed:

  • Fluency in French a must;

  • 5+ years’ experience in Corporate FXsales/dealing;

  • Experience managing the Currency Hedging salesprocess for clients is preferred;

  • Experience with currency options is an asset;

  • A motivated individual with a passion for continuouslearning.

  • AppointmentMaking – successfully acquire relationships with financial value to WUBS ( 10%of time);

  • Customerand Prospect Visits – Using Salesforce.com (SFDC), you will focus on fullyunderstanding client requirements, creating and presenting solutions, andworking with internal colleagues to create proposals for Boards and / or ParentCompany approval. The primary objectives of customer visits are: to a)Understand existing, new and prospect clients’ needs, b) present solutions, c)close the business and ensure the client uses our service and d) regularmeetings to discuss and review progress, introduce additional products andservices and to undertake a general “health-check” ( 65% of time);

  • Tradesupport/structuring – working with our dealing community to price/structureoption trades, manage expiries and other lifecycle events and generate tacticaltrading ideas ( 15% of time);

  • Administration– Diary managed effectively, allowing time for the other tasks outlined here,as well as the administration within the role: keeping call tasks up to date,updating Meeting notes and documenting “Next Steps”, providing accurate Salesforecasts and making sure you get Accounts through the Accreditation / Set Up processfirst time ( 10% of time).
