We are currently seeking a Sales operations manager to work fulltime in our Toronto, ON office at 100 Yonge street.

  • Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the GTM organization within region.

  • Creating high level strategic partnerships across multiple locations and functions to drive, forecast, and deliver on revenue targets.

  • Liaise with GTM leadership to develop and deliver a demonstrably excellent sales function incorporating customer satisfaction to ensure strong sales governance, clear sales & performance management processes for Sales New, Trans and Core.

  • Collaborate with regional Sales Management to ensure correct adoption of sales process, practices and reporting systems.

  • Support the enforcement of sales force effectiveness via sales performance management, sales policy optimization, sales training, sales program implementation.

  • Lead and Project manager complicated RFP and bid Processes by acting as a main contact point between Sales, Management, Account management, global RFP bid team, Marketing, Legal, compliance, IT, Product,…

  • Represent the Go to Market organization in implementation of joint action plans in collaboration with various departments such as operations, compliance (including market compliance) and Internal audit.

  • Execution of cadence and governance for direct front line GTM teams, ensuring consistent application of sales processes, including pipeline management, pricing and deal reviews.

  • Work with finance and GTM teams to ensure effective planning, roll out of targets, compensation plan and accurate forecasting.

  • Working closely with the BI team to review performance measures and KPI’s to identify business trends and drive actions needed, including sales initiatives.

  • Co-ordinate with Sales, Marketing and the wider organization to ensure Voice of Client is prominent and industry trends are incorporated in thinking.

  • Lead GTM business critical projects to drive and support the business’s strategic objectives Qualifications Minimum 5 years of GTM management experience

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in B2B sales Experience in planning and performance management Track record in project management and the ability to implement processes and policies across a number of locations.

  • Track record in the development and delivery of strategies to drive improvements in sales performance and support business growth objectives

  • Ability to align cross functional teams to ensure clear consistent sales processes and manage virtual teams

  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully across the organization

  • Proven track record in performance management (preferably in financial services). Strong financial acumen and the ability to deep dive on root cause analysis with implementable solutions

  • Ability to understand the sales function from a process perspective and proven track record in employing incentives to deliver on revenue plans
