We’re seeking a Credit Supervisor,based in our Vancouver, BC office. In this role, you willcontribute to the successful delivery of credit risk management function to the Global Payments business. Your KeyInterfaces will be: Dealers, Account Executives, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Credit Monitoring. You will contribute to managing and protecting USD $1.3 Billion of credit risk in the Americas region for Global Payments and assess risk and approve or recommend credit terms for global payment and foreign exchange hedging clients.

Provide leadership, mentorship and training toCredit Analyst team. Assess anddecision/recommend credit terms for escalated requests with approved discretionarylimits
Provide leadership, mentorship and training todealers with respect to credit policy and credit procedures.
Anticipate and resolve day-to-day operationalissues as they arise.
Forge strong relationships with theGo-To-Market teams and liaise with Legal, Compliance, Operations, CorporateHedging and Sales Support teams as required.
Identify opportunities to improve effectivenessand efficiency through WU Way principles and recommend and lead changeinitiatives for the Americas Credit Team.
Whatyou will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance related field
Minimum five years in a corporate credit role
Demonstrated leadership or direct peoplemanagement experience
100% compliance with established standards andpolicies
Meeting minimum productivity goals andestablished service levels
