We’re seeking an Application Developer , based in our Vienna office.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficient, cost effective and high-quality delivery of IT Infrastructure and Information Security Services to internal and external customers.

Responsible for coding, testing and analyzing application software.

• Supports existing business systems applications.

• Consults with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions.

• Responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for business applications.

• To provide effective first and second line technical IT support services for banking applications used within a country/region(s) with specific focus on the core applications.

• The role requires support of BAU and Projects and exists to protect the impact on business revenue and objectives in the event of a system outage.

• Supports complex project work and testing\UAT as and when required.

• May be required to develop codes as and when required to enhance or resolve issues with business systems.

What you will need to succeed:

Deep knowledge of technologies and tools to design and deliver complex IT solutions

  • Experience in Application Development AND Application Support

  • SQL coding experience

  • 2+ programming languages

  • Fluent in English (German is desirable, but not necessary)
