We’re seeking to recruit an InternalAudit Manager to be based in our office in Vienna, Austria. In this position you will bein charge of planning, designing and executing Internal Audit activities based on the fundamental requirements of Internal Auditing (e.g. the regulations and laws of banking industry, capital markets and financial markets and International Audit Standards).

  • Evaluating the efficiency andeffectiveness of the company's internal controls and processes/procedures aswell as reporting and presenting audit findings and recommendations

  • Performing, monitoring and reporting status of audits againstannual audit plan

  • Full responsibility for leadingand/or participating on selected audits mainly most importantly in fieldsof Market compliance regulations like MiFID but also in fields likeTreasury, Corporate Treasury Sales, Liquidity and Risk Management,Payments, Digital Business, Compliance in general and Retailbusiness/operations

  • Facilitating meetings with senior management, includingpresentation of audit executive summaries

  • Assisting in further development of audit work programs andchecklists

  • Contributing to the implementation ofdepartment wide strategy, including training and methodology in severalfields.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Fluent German and English languages - essential

  • Solid MiFID knowledge

  • Experience in External/Internal Audit in a Financial Services,banking or other financial environment or alternatively, in financialconsulting

  • Solid understanding of the banking/financial services environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and ability to complete audits independently

  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 58,910 (gross), however overpay is possible and depends on your skills and relevant experience.
