We’re seeking Accounts Payable Specialist, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative services within the Accounts Payable department.

• Daily invoice and payments processing

• Queries from external and internal

• Invoice allocation to proper general ledgers accounts

• Perform month end close functions including journal entries account analysis

• Monitor aging invoices, research discrepancies

• Maintain processes and tools to improve efficiency

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures

• Establish and maintain relationship with assigned business units

What you will need to succeed:

• Effective communication skills and exemplary customer service skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment

• Creative and innovate approach in identifying process improvement opportunities

What will make you stand out:

• Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent would be your asset.

• You should also have 1 year experience in accounts payable or equivalent

• You should be able to handle high volumes of information in a very busy office environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prioritize work

• Fluent in English

• Good Microsoft Excel skills
