We’re seeking a Specialist for Agent Data Entry team, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office . In this role, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the consistency of databases amongst WU and central banks.

  • Submit and implement changes like adding, modifying, deleting operators, terminals, locations

  • Maintain general info, hours, downloadable files, limits in critical internal WU databases and local registries from our regulators

  • Coordinate with external clients across EU&CIS region and with various internal functional units based globally such as Business teams, Legal, Operations, Credit, Compliance, etc., and provide information about our Agents to them upon request.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor degree in exact sciences, business administration or similar.

  • To be a team player, detailed and procedure oriented,

  • To be able to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines.

  • Strong multitasking and English skills

What will make you stand out:

  • Technical background (database design or administration, technical support, software development)

  • Business operations or customer service experience

  • Good knowledge of German or Polish language
