We’re seeking a Agent Database Administrator, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be part of Agent Implementation team which supports our agent network growth. Team’s main responsibility is to convert prospect agents into transacting agents by setting up them in WU systems, maintaining their information and also ensuring full regulatory compliance.

  • Review Agent enrollment documents for completeness and accuracy according to the validation rules provided by the money service license holder

  • Provide back office support to Sales people on the field, advise on necessary documents corrections

  • Provide back office support to other WU departments as well as deliver high quality and productivity results that meet or exceed functional targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience

  • Coordinate Agent enrollment process with various functions based globally

  • Create and activate Agent accounts in multiple WU databases

  • Provide life-cycle support for active Agents network while updating and maintaining data in WU databases

  • Handle and resolving complex escalations from business partners and teammates

  • Create Ad Hoc reports for business partners and other departments

  • Support Team Leader in managerial and administrative stuff

What you will need to succeed:

  • University/ College degree

  • Fluency in English

  • Customer-oriented approach

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to details skills

  • Proficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
