We’re seeking an Analyst to work in our Vilnius office . In this role, you will operate within the Customer Analytics Department. Using various data analysis and marketing tools this team is helping the business meet its‘ KPIs and be in line with the company’s strategy. This position involves data analysis and helping to monitor the pulse of the business.

Analytic data pulling from databases, supporting senior business leaders by providing data and analytic models on demand
Build and maintain customer trends, forecasting and marketing mix models using key business and marketing KPIs including customer acquisition, cost per acquisition, retention, new product launches, and other drivers of the business
Create and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly customer reports/dashboards to help internal partners monitor the pulse of the business
Assist in go-to-market potential calculations and related analyses and make recommendations
Identify and articulate improvement initiatives aligned with group and departmental goals and actively lead and/or participate in process improvement projects
Assist business planning process and collaborate with business partners to provide value-added analysis
What will you need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in Information systems, Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics or similar disciplines
At least 1 year of relevant business analytics or consumer insights experience, (Financial services, FMCG or Telecommunication industry) would be considered a huge advantage
Ability to navigate within a complex, international matrix organization
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to thrive under pressure, handle multiple priorities, with a positive can-do attitude
Negotiating skills: ability to appropriately communicate/influence all levels of organization
Be logical and rational thinker who can simplify a complex problem / situation
Fluency in English and another language preferred
What will make you stand out:
• Ability to work with dynamic Excel, relational database (SQL), and other reporting tools
• Experience with enterprise analytics language (R / Python / SPSS / SAS) and Tableau reporting
