We’re seeking an Analyst, Product Management for WU Digital team, based in our Vilnius office. Your role will be to understand customer needs, translate them into requirements and work with other product owners or directly with engineering to implement them. You will make sure that Western Union platform is evolving consistently across product areas and provide input to all product groups delivering the best user experience to our customers. In this role, you will be working closely with other product groups, marketing, regional business teams, customer support teams to understand customer expectations and design effective solution to exceed them. You bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our users love. The ideal Product Analyst obsessively seeks to understand the customer’s perspective, is data-driven, has a bias toward action, and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Collect and document regional product requirements, features, and functionality
Work with regional teams and other stakeholders to get align product features and functionality
Understand product alternatives and work with multi-disciplined team to understand trade-offs and put value on alternatives
Work with UI/UX teams to bring engaging user experiences to life
Manage products through the product development lifecycle
Act as product owner in agile process. Be part of in-house teams using agile scrum methodology drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with scrum team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications
Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a data driven approach
Continuously implement and improve analytics infrastructure to track, monitor, optimize, innovate and report on acquisition and conversion metrics
What you will need to succeed:
BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Strong business writing, numerical analysis and verbal communication skills
Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds
At least 3 years of product experience in Web/Mobile technologies, and Web/Mobile user experience
Strong experience of Agile is preferred
Ability to break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories
Ability to negotiate with engineering, UI, UX, Content on the story scope, complexity etc.
Get things done attitude; Self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines
Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences
Experience developing basic wireframes and interaction flows for mobile UI’s
