Better starts and ends with the customer
As a Global Due Diligence Associate you will analyze and evaluate consumer activity to identify fraud, AML typologies and suspicious patterns to how customers use our money transfer services. Your diligence will help ensure anti-money laundering compliance by conducting customer interviews in offline applications. You’ll be skilled at interpreting how money transfer services can be further improved for a better customer experience.
Here’s the skills we’d like you to have:
Bachelor’s degree orequivalent would be an advantage
Fluency in Englishwith outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills; fluency in anotherlanguage would be a bonus
Strong analyticalskills, attention to detail, and ability to make independent decisions
Experience incustomer service and AML Compliance would be a strong advantage
Proficiency in MSOffice
Ability to multitaskand navigate through multiple systems
Willingness tocontinuously learn our anti-money laundering compliance product and processknowledge
