We’re seeking an Associate, Accounts Receivable Operations, based in ourVilnius office. In this role, you will be verifying incoming payments from clients while providing excellent customer service.

Monitor incoming payments from WUBS clients inmultiple bank accounts and apply to the deals booked, while assuring specificguidelines and criteria are met.
Upload bank account transactions and balancedata into WUBS accounting and reconciliation systems and prepare variousreports for WUBS business units.
Assist Client Support teams in facilitatingcustomer transactions.
Communicates effectively with internal WUBSand external banking business partners to ensure timely processing of payments.
Escalates issues within the team and internalor external business partners when necessary.
What you will need to succeed:
High school degree required, post-secondaryeducation in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration preferred, orequivalent.
Strong mathematical, analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Ability to pay strict attention to detailwhile performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to learn quickly and operate in ahigh-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.
What will make you stand out:
Experience within Financial Services industryconsidered an asset.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and MicrosoftExcel;
May require shiftwork.
