We’re seeking an Associate, Accounts ReceivablesOperations to work in our Vilnius office. In this role you will support validation of outbound transactions, ensuring entries are processed within SLA and relevant requirements, and providing focus and control point on case management resolution to team related inquiries.

  • Review data received from internal / externalparties, compiling beneficiary templates in WUBS applications for our customersto utilize;

  • Monitoring the MPP Payments System and validatingthe data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained andlocal routing requirements are met;

  • Monitor case queue for responses and actionimmediately;

  • Facilitate, manage and control all inboundqueries for the Payments Team including email, SFDC, telephony and individualbased;

  • Ensure all queries are resolved satisfactorilywithin agreed SLA;

  • Ensure that all communication (written andverbal) is customer centric and to the required standard.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting,Economic or Administration – preferred, or an equivalent combination of ongoingeducation and work experience;

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, andproblem-solving skills;

  • Must be able to work independently and in theteam, multitask and to process large volumes of incoming queries, effectivelyhandle and coordinate work with large transaction load;

  • Ability to meet deadlines/sense ofurgency/customer centric approach;

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail whileperforming repetitive tasks;

  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in ahigh-paced, high volume, dynamic environment;

  • Fluency in English.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and MicrosoftExcel; Visual Basic macros knowledge considered as an advantage;

  • Ability to work evening/night shift and publicholidays. Flexibility working different shifts considered as an advantage;
