We’re seeking an Associate Collector to work in our Vilnius office. In this role, you will operate within the Credit & Risk Finance team. This is the team of highly motivated, business oriented professional risk specialists, who control the whole credit and payments cycle in most of Western European countries. Handling day-to-day client service and receivables management processes;
Build an effective business relationships with our customers based on trust, respect and rapport, that are facilitated by frequent interaction;
Ensuring the smooth and proper credit risk assessment and receivables management process;
Leading payment tracking, reminding and collection processes, and prepare necessary reports;
Daily work in close partnership with other departments in various countries and assisting customers, colleagues, and management.
What you will need to succeed:
Good Danish or Norwegian, and English language skills;
Being customer and teamwork inspired, solution oriented and goal driven;
Have flexibility, adaptability and good listening skills;
Ability to influence and drive execution;
Be passionate about the work in multicultural environment.
