We’re seeking Global Operations (GO) Associate, based in Vilnius,Lithuania office . In this role, you will be a part of WU.com EU ID team who responds to the need of Western Union to comply with European and internal regulations that require the identification of regular online service consumers. It is a part of the Know Your Client (KYC) program, working with process of identification of European WU.com consumers only.

  • Support WU.com consumers in European region with their identityverification;

  • Conduct checks on Politically Exposed Persons;

  • Provide support to consumers that are struggling with identityverification process;

  • Contact customers when needed by phone to verify additional details;

  • Receive incoming calls from customers who was requested to verify information.
