Provide consistent, quality service to assist ClientSupport teams
Communicate effectively with internal and externalbanking business partners to solve investigation issues
Understand and follow company policies thatapply to payment processing, compliance and risk management processes
Prepare various reports
What you will need to succeed:
Strong mathematical skills.
Analytical and problem-solvingskills.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel. (intermediate)
Strong communication English skills.(writing especially)
Schedule flexibility. Able to attendmorning and or afternoon shift.
Attention to details.

Experience within the financialservices industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in businessor Finance
Knowledge in Visual Basic macros.
