We’re seeking a Content Copywriter, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. This position is for a Content Copywriter within WU digital regional team, covering Middle East & Africa (MEA) Region. You will report to the Senior Product Delivery Manager for Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will need to wear the hats of both a product and creative writer. You will be working with international Product and Marketing teams to produce content, with a focus on WU digital solutions delivery—both new and existing mobile and web products.

  • Copywrite and copyedit compelling, on-brand Business to Consumer financial product content

  • Monitor and analyze current metrics/user flow to assess optimization opportunities for digital content

  • Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate, conceptualize, and produce content needs from start to end

  • Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions

  • Build and track performance metrics and make enhancements to existing metrics and reports

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in B2C copywriting (ideally in a finance space)

  • Strong written English language proficiency

  • Agency experience or experience working with internal brand and marketing teams

  • Ability to evaluate and align content requests to project goals, trends, and best practices

  • Understanding of UI/UX and user flows

  • Working knowledge of A/B testing

  • Portfolio of writing samples

What will make you stand out:

  • Additional language proficiency (Arabic, French)

  • Experience working in FinTech, Payments industry

  • Knowledge of HTML and/or other programming languages

  • Experience in content governance

  • Knowledge of digital and content marketing a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills

  • Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences
