We’re seeking a Customer Communication & Content Coordinator (Assistant Manager) for our Vilnius office. In this role, you will be working closely with the membership team, local marketing teams, internal agency and analytics team coordinating implementation of direct customer communication as well as development of the content for the global customer engagement projects in multiple countries around the world.

Coordinate the implementation of direct customer communication journeys/ campaigns/ tests thru multiple channels (email, SMS, app notification etc.):

  • Collect briefs, clarify communication details, agree on delivery date, make sure communication follows best practices and guidelines;

  • Leverage internal and external resources to deliver direct customer communication within agreed timelines/ SLA;

  • Coordinate communication between communication owner and executional team, share communication delivery report with stakeholders, update Global Direct Communication Calendar

Coordinate the development of the content for the global customer engagement and membership projects/ pilots:

  • Develop briefs, project manage and produce content (incl. video) to be leveraged across channels (DCO, web, social) aligned with brand guidelines

  • Collect feedback from the regional/ country Business Units as well as internal stakeholders;

  • Align and communicate the agreed content changes with the stakeholders.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or Communications

  • Proficient English, excellent Excel and Power Point Skills are required

  • Strong Multichannel, personalized customer communication skills together with advanced project management skillset and proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects

  • Multi-year experience in campaign/ project/ account management, preferably within an automated CRM Solution software environment.

  • Solid communication skills and diplomacy
