We’re seeking an Database Specialist (Temporary 2 months contract), based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be part of operations team, registering newly approved Agents (partner companies), making updates in WU systems when Agent add new locations, or make other changes to their business, and terminating Agent at the end of their contracts. You will ensure full regulatory requirements are met on WU internal systems.

  • Check customers’ (Agents) documents (Enrollment application, contract, supporting documents and passports) based on documented rules

  • Enter, update and maintain customers’ data into multiple company databases

  • Coordinate Agents enrollment process with various functions based globally

What you will need to succeed:

  • University/College degree preferred

  • Fluency in English (B2)

  • Team Player

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Customer centricity

  • General IT literacy

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience, preferably in Operations, Sales or Customer Support or another related field

  • Bachelor degree in exact sciences or technical background

  • Knowledge of Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases

  • Additional foreign language
