We’reseeking an HRIS Analyst, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office . In this role, you will participate in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Workday system while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines. The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the global HRIS team whose primary focus is the configuration and support of Workday, our Human Capital Management System, that services over 11,000 employees globally. This person will have a collaborative role working closely with internal stakeholders, will think creatively about solutions, and balance business needs with system capabilities.

  • Participate in the testing of system changes,upgrades, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities

  • Investigate and analyze system problems,develop and implement solutions in partnership with system users and IT

  • Partner with functional teams on systemfunctionality, configuration, and documentation

  • Participate in requirements gathering, testing,and change management associated with upgrades, innovative solutions andenhancements

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teamsthrough each phase of the project

  • Along with the HRIS team, monitor our ticketingsystem ensuring customers receive feedback and provide solutions on a timelybasis

  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, anddocumentation.

  • Provide training to a variety of functionalteams on enhanced processes and new functionality

Whatyou will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, ComputerScience or similar preferred

  • Three years HRIS experience

  • Strong understanding of HRMS design, structure,functionality, and business processes

  • Proficient in advanced techniques of MicrosoftExcel

  • Critical thinker with ability to effectivelycommunicate

  • Excellent analytical skills, customer service,business and financial acumen
