We are seeking an Junior Analyst, APN Center of Excellence in our Vilnius office, Lithuania. You will be responsible for supporting the operational activities of Western Union’s Account Payout Network (APN), i.e. Account, Mobile Wallet, Card payouts, available across the globe, acting as highest level of escalation for APN issues. You will monitor and analyze key trends and outages of our APN service, understanding past, current and future trends and identifying improvement opportunities across the product (system and process).

  • Monitoring the service, troubleshooting issues and conducting root cause analysis by engaging appropriate resources across the globe to solve and define resolution

  • Interacting with numerous internal and external stakeholders based in our serviced markets to organize tasks in most effective way while working in different time zones and multicultural environment

  • Logging, tracking and managing of all escalated issues to ensure they are properly escalated to the right owners and closed within the expected SLAs

What you will need to succeed:

  • Business Management or Information Technology Bachelor degree and working experience of troubleshooting and issues management

  • Problem solving skills and ability to multitask and feel comfortable while working in a highly energized, multicultural and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Detail-orientedness and great interpersonal skills of a team player mindset

  • Being extremely self-motivated, ambitious and results oriented
