We’re seeking an Junior Regulatory Reporting Specialist, based in our Vilnius office. In this role, you will be part of our dynamic operations team that partners with all areas of "agent" implementation and global stakeholders to maintain quality of data and deliver reporting to regulators with a high accuracy, timeliness and integrity.

Maintain WU databases and deliver reporting to Payment Industry Regulators with high accuracy, timeliness and integrity
Provide essential risk management and control, assessing regulatory requirements
Provide critical control indicators to preserve and support the Agent enrollment process
Extensive coordination with various functional units based globally such as Legal, Compliance, Field Operations, Credit, etc.
What you will need to succeed:
Fluency in English (B2)
Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
Strong team player
Problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines
Customer centric attitude
What will make you stand out:
Experience, preferably in Operations, Sales, Customer Support or another related field
Bachelor degree in exact sciences or technical background
Knowledge of Alteryx, AS400, WUAMS, Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases
