We’re seeking Global Operations (GO) Junior Specialist (Evening Shift), based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of Digital Customer Verification team who responds to the need of Western Union to comply with European and internal regulations that require the identification of regular online service consumers. It is a part of the Know Your Client (KYC) program, working with process of identification of WU.com consumers.

  • Conduct checks on Politically Exposed Persons;

  • Provide support to consumers that are struggling with identity verification process.
