We’re seeking a Manager, Client Operationfor our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will operate within the Product Operations team and will be responsible for supervision and strategic leadership of the retail operations department including accounts receivable, fraud prevention and customer service areas.   • Ensuring flawless execution of operations, whilesupporting large base of agent locations, resolving payment exceptions andpursuing effective fraud prevention.

  • Effective performance management of the team,providing support, efficient communication and feedback to team memberswhilst encouraging a positive & high-performance culture.

  • Driving continuous process improvements.

  • Building strong relationship with key stakeholdersand business partners across the world.

  • Providing support and guidance on complex queries.

  • Maintaining oversight of key functions to ensureSLAs are met.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of controls, initiatingand supporting changes as required.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years proven experience in quality assurance,customer service and/or accounting fields within the financial servicessegment.

  • Excellent leadership skills with proven ability tobuild and grow operational capability and develop high performing teamsthrough couching and mentoring.

  • Proven track of achievements in continuous processimprovement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding team player, with high organizationalskills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic anddeadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, fluencyin English.
