We’re seeking Manager, Customer Analytics based in our Vilnius office. In this role you will focus on leading complex, strategic initiatives focused on driving revenue growth, continuous improvement and efficiencies through advanced analytics, one of the seven key company pillars. You will also be leading a team of advanced analytics professionals to deliver analytics solutions quickly for key strategic projects.

  • Using extensive knowledge of marketing drivers and testing techniques to find the right mix of vehicles, channels, timing and so forth to optimize marketing spend in the context of other organization effort, i.e. pricing, network expansion, etc.

  • Utilizing econometric modeling as a supplemental marketing measurement tool to the more rigid experimental designs to build organizational confidence in results through triangulatation

  • Creating, managing and executing proper experimental design strategies (DoE) to objectively establish impacts of key WU business initiatives on customer and financial metrics

  • Partnering with organizational leadership to be fully integrated into the key initiatives, and work with key stakeholders to enforce rigorous measurement strategies

  • Working cross-functionally with leaders from Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, vendors and on / off-shore analytics to deliver timely feedback and recommendations

  • Managing, directly and indirectly, both onshore and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery of results

  • Being the objective source of truth to the organization when it comes to value assurance measurement accuracy and revenue implications

  • Driving best-in-class analytics through direct interaction with the business leaders and leadership of the analytic resources embedded in the business

  • Recommending best practices, tools, resources and provides expertise

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience working through complex analytics problems creatively and delivering tangible results

  • Experience working with onshore and offshore analytic resources

  • Subject matter expert on statistical modeling, data mining, machine learning and analytical frameworks

  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, mathematics or statistics required

  • Expert understanding of experimental design (DoE) and consumer demand modeling, and extensive experience with price elasticity analysis, CHAID, regression (logistic and OLS), principal component and factor analysis, CHAID, time series analysis and forecasting

  • Expert-level skill applying data mining / data science solutions geared to business analytics

  • Detailed understanding of statistical methods for experimental design

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle, Netezza and Hive a plus

  • Proficiency with R / Python
