We’re seeking an OperationsManager, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office to drive key initiatives and programs for Global Agent Training & Communication. In this role you will provide continuous support to field Operations and Agents to ensure service quality, compliance and align objectives with strategic goals.

Train agents on service standardsand proactively check network service quality and support any improvementactions to ensure compliance with local regulations and business strategy.
Influence, drive anddeliver key capabilities to enhance our competitive advantage and servicedelivery to drive growth within the retail/digital consumer business segment.
Support business leadersin the negotiations of implementations and collaborate with various functionsto ensure the roll out of programs/initiatives without any businessdiscontinuity.
Measure post launchsuccess against KPI’s and make data driven decisions and propose solutions toimprove agent and customer experience.
Remain knowledgeable ofcompetitive offerings and activities and understand external businessintelligence.
What you will need to succeed:
Strong projectmanagement skills and mindset with organization and prioritization skills.
Excellent written andverbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence andcollaborate with key stakeholders globally.
Experience makingindependent decisions, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
Comfortable working in afast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills and commitment to customer service.
Ability to travel 20%
