Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll be looking for you to assist in monitoring quality of interactions of Contact Center team members with customers and evaluating interactions against standards and providing feedback with recommendations to ensure quality level is raised. Also ensuring those interactions met company policies / procedures in all the Contact Center sites. Your role will be vital in running calibration sessions with other teams to ensure cross-departmental feedback on quality is monitored. Constant feedback on measurements and interactions across teams and work together to improving the processes across the organization is one of the expectations as well.
For this role, we require you to speak fluently in English. A degree and working experience in a relevant field, such as Learning and Development or Quality Assurance are required as well. This experience will have given you excellent communication and presentation skills we require, and ideally, this will have come from a customer services environment. A basic understanding of project management and an analytical mindset will help you succeed in this role.
